Above message was received today few minutes ago!!!
I really wonder why FNB intend to deliver such a poor service? No one at FNB ever mentioned to me a police clearance would be needed at any time for my CC application? Knowing that any police clearance takes at least 15days to be issued! I've been waiting for more than a month already, why I only get to hear about that now? Why wasn't told about it before?
Every time I make a contact with FNB, I get to hear about something extra needed?! What is so difficult to ask for everything needed at once?
I have wasted half of my vacation waiting for an answer, and now after all this waiting they coldly asking me for something else that needs at least extra 2 weeks to be issued! very UNPROFESSIONAL to be actually FUNNY!

I have a credit card account with Nedbank, I just called them to increase my limit and they did so with a very professional manner just by one call! to be honest they offered the increase long ago but I just declined it cause I had in mind to move everything to FNB!
