Bad Customer Service 2nd Time Around

Be careful when submitting your fingerprints for obtaining a police clearance with this bloke. This was the second time i needed a police clearance for work purposes and waited and waited and waited until my work advised me if i don't get the police clearance i would'nt get the work visa needed for that specific country, the first time i done this i called Stephen Johnson after waiting a month and he did'nt even know what i was talking about, after reminding him etc etc it was finally sorted. The 2nd time now recently i mailed him for the proper SAP Police Clearance he sent me the indemnity form which i filled in and mailed back to him. The time i was told would be about 3-4 weeks. After a month i phoned him left a message-no response. After i mailed him i was told that he was not working on my report but someone else in the office??? Now i am really having to push things with another more reliable company to get my clearance so i can get my work visa. This could realistically cost me my job if the visa does not get released soon. So stay away if you are needing a police clearance-give me a call and i will put you in touch with a much more professional company that will go out of their way.
