Atrocious Service

I head over to the SAPS Stellenbosch to apply for a police clearance yesterday 11 July 2013, just to wait for a half hour to be sent to another room, to find out that no one was on office as they were on training. Come back to morrow I was told, which I did. So today as I go straight to the clearance certificate room I'm told that the person at financial is not here and I have to receive a receipt from that department first before coming to process the clearance. Imagine my rage at that point. Twice I had to drive into Stellenbosch in my lunch hour, costing not only my time and effort but petrol too. This is absolutely ridiculous!!
