This is the second time this has happened in the short space of time I have had a credit card with you useless worthless pieces of filth!!!
Last time I transferred 4k to my credit card. I had to phone ONE WEEK LATER to have you people clear it. This is supposedly an automated process that takes 24 hours or overnight.
Last week on the 26th I transferred R700 to my credit card (from my standard bank cheque account). Today the 31st it is still not reflecting.
I have emailed standard bank TWICE on [Email Removed] but obviously you useless worthless don't bother responding.
I phone your call centre because i NEED MY MONEY. fuckhead repeatedly tells me I need to give them my ID number for verification. I repeatedly tell the fuckhead I do not have it on me. I can verify any other bit of information they need. I went through my credit card statement. Your useless staff want to "escalate" the matter. I don't have time or patience for your "escalation" by lazy incompetent staff. I want my money!!!
I've worked in call centres. You can ask other questions to verify an account.
I will be closing ALL my accounts with standard bank. This was the last straw
