Contract processed but No Documentation to prove

Somebody called claiming KIA asked them to contact me for an insurance, i told them it's a leased car so KIA is not my "dealer" they insisted that it didn't matter as long as i have a KIA, i told them to send me the documentations before they can consider signing me as a client then they told me that i should go ahead give them all the details then the contract will kick in as soon as i received the documentation and as soon as i agreed to it. that was some where around november or January.
The debit orders went ahead regardles of our agreement, i couldn't stop it because they were always changing references
To date i haven't got anything, i sent an email to complain, then stopped the debit orders and promised to get back to me, that was last month and still nothing happened and i want my money back
