Inzalo trading a huge problem area to investors

I have been given details of my shareholder account via email and have been submitting usual information when needed to communicate with Computershare whom never had any problems with my account. Upon trying to get assistance from the dealing desk, however the error of Computershare capture the mail details incorrectly I am told to delay shares since I dont receive mail. WOW? Now wot? who loses the funding of the shares on the market me or Computershare? Why did they not rectify this problem long before when for all these years it HAS NEVER BEEN AN ISSUE? MY ACCOUNT IS NOW FROZEN.
