Hi

I was recently a victim of when my card was cloned and a purchase was made to the value of R1384.90. I followed all the necessary channels to dispute this purchase and to have it removed from my account. My dispute was handed over to a Dispute Analyst - Asif Isaacs whom in my opinion handled it with absolute passion and whose main goal was to give me peace of mind and to have this matter resolved and the purchase cleared from my account. He was constantly in contact with me to provide feedback as well as advice on what I need to do. This dispute and the handling thereof caused no inconvenience except for not being able to use the card for a while, which I was perfectly fine with.

To Asif I just want to say - Well Done. You kept me in the loop about everything going on, which put my mind at ease and I appreciate that.
