Logged a purchase dispute, Foschini want payment

On the 1 st of April while at my house in Limpopo! I received an SMS from Foschini thanking me for a purchase that I made at Sportscene for R2661 at Shelly Beach branch. I called the number that was provided on the SMS and informed them that i did not make a purchase and I'm also in Limpopo. They person who answered the phone told me to go to the Police station get an avidavit and then go to the store to lodge in a purchase dispute. I immediately went to the Police station to do an avidavit and went to the store to fill in purchase dispute. It's been almost 6 weeks since I logged a dispute and always when I go the store for follow up I'm told there's no feedback as yet. Instead I get a call from Foschini telling me that my balance is overdue! I told the guy who called me yesterday that I will not pay the R500 that they want me to pay cause I have logged a purchase dispute. He said he will make a note on the system, today I got another call and an SMS, now the SMS say I must pay R250 immediately and the other R250 on the 1st of June. Not sure who is not doing their work, but clearly someone is not doing what they should be doing.
