Still no delivery

I don't know how many times I have to contact scorpion about one tiny matter. They go into my account yet the don't deliver. I made a complain almost a year ago but still I'm still going back and forth to solve this matter. Please get your acts together. Please. else cancel my policy because you don't deliver. This is not my first complaint regarding this matter.
