Temporary helper provides the best assistance

I am a person that chooses to complain - but when some one deserves credit, I shall not shy away from where it needs to be given.

We were in the bank on a Saturday morning and "Michelle" was walking around assisting people in the enquiries line and all over the building. She would ask what you were going to do and the advice if you should stay in your line, or direct you otherwise.

She was wise and extremely helpful.

When we finished (and accomplished - a rare thing in this day) what we had to do, I asked her for her name, she mentioned that she only helps out and does not work there on a permanent basis.

Service providers need more people like Michelle
