Poor feedback and response and delay

To Whom it may concern.
I resigned from my previous job and applied through the company for the payout of an RFA as a lump sum deposit. Since receiving an sms providing a reference number I have tried to contact Old Mutual but have not been able to get any useful feedback.
I have been put on hold and the operator told me that I had to supply further documents, I was told I would get a response, I have phoned numerous times and have yet to receive feedback.
I am needing to know if I need to supply any further information and when the annuity will be cashed out.
