Due to the advise and lack of feedback from Dino Miller -financial adviser for the month of October i have to pay almost a R1000.00 for two polices. He assisted with re-visiting my current investments with Old Mutual (Life cover and RA's). Now instead of paying R378 monthly for my Greenlight contract i am gonna be paying R541.00 due to some documents that are outstanding of which this adviser has not communicated to me, will also be paying for two Ra's instead of 1?? I have tried several times to get hold of him telephonically and via email and still no response. Last email received from him was on the 25th of October and i immediately send a response and tried AGAIN more that once to get hold of him and he DID NOT RESPOND. I HAVE ALSO PHONED THE CONTACT CENTRE AND PEARL KELEPELE IS SUPPOSEDLY ASSISTING. I AM FRUSTRATED AT THE LACK OF SERVICE FROM THIS ADVISER AND ALREADY HE'S RECEIVING COMMISSION FOR ALL THIS AND DOES NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL ME WITH THE FEEDBACK THAT I NEED
