I was at Range to open an acc on the 22/06/2013 and I had everything with except proof of address, the acc was already approved, I then asked the Manager if that's all she'll need when I come back the following day and she said yes. On the 23/06/2013 I drove back to Eastgate with my original I.D like they required as well my water and lights as proof of address but it had my mom's name on it, so I went to the bank and printed out a statement with an address like the Manager requested. They called the accounts dept. and they requested a 3months bank statement of which the Manager didn't notify me off, to prove if I've been working at Absa for more than 3months. I spoke to the lady from the acc dept. and notified her that I wasn't notified and my bank was already closed, she then said i could get the one with no address at the atm she will accept it.
The Manager then grabbed the phone from me and said i should come back sometime during the week because still my 3 months bank statement won't have an address on it. She then someone else as if I wasn't there. I was so frustrated I asked for her name, she wrote it in Capital Letters as if I was stupid and told me to have a great
