Old Mutual Tardiness

I have a few RAs with Old Mutual. One matured at the end of April. I decided to leave the money with them and to have it put into their Fairburn Capital elite funds. At the same time I decided to put my other RAs into the same funds. So far none of this has been done. Every time my agent contacts them about it, she is told that they will escalate the process, then nothing happens. I was hoping to have had my money in these funds so that it could be growing. I am very dissapointed in the apparent lack of interest on their side.
