I want my money!!!

I have a policy that I want to cancel and get my funds, but I was told that I cant touch my funds until 2026? I am the one who has they say as its my money.
Please can you explain to me why was this not discussed with me before I moved my policies to Old Mutual? I would have NEVER signed with you.
