Still not able to log in!!!

Refer to tech ref 1/737711626 and complaint ref 317966 . I have now been unable to log on to my business account for more than 48 days, I have spoken to more than 12 people and have spent more than 6 hours on the phone and send more than 20 e-mails. But still I can not log into my business. No one wants to accept responsibility and i have received no feedback, I have a feeling that service is just a rumor. I am business man and not condone derogatory statements but the service i have received on this matter is Useless, Incompetent and unprofessional. This is my second report and surely my last, the next step must surely be to move to another service provider.
