Debit Order Date

In the beginning of the year (2013) I requested that my payment be debited on the LAST day of the month (I changed jobs, and my salary now only gets paid on the LAST day of the month!) ABSA has agreed - and it IS so notified on my details HOWEVER!!! Without FAIL - the amount is deducted either the 27th or 28th of the month. Then - of course - there's no funds available. They transfer the cash (non existent cash I might add) back into my account, and OF COURSE - Charge me R138 every time.
