False advertising

I would just like to notify people of outsurance false advertising. On the 28th of November 2012 I've contacted outsurance for a quotation for insurance for my car. Outsurance couldn't give me a better price than I'm currently paying. As advertised on billboards, radio, TV ect outsurance said they will pay you R400 if the can't beat your current installment. The person I spoke to on the phone said someone will phone me back in connection with the promotion that they are having. A couple of weeks I've phone again and this time the consultant said "sorry but you've already received R400" I'm still waiting for someone to call me since November 2012. The consultant said he wil let his manager know about the enquiry and he will phone me shortly, I'm still waiting for someone to call me in connection with the promotion that they are advertising.
