False advertising - R400.00 payment is a hoax!

Outsurance have this campaign stating that for a 'friendly' 15 minute phone call if they cant beat your current insurance price they will pay you out R400.00.
So I foolishly decided to go ahead and sms them. Huge waste of my time! Firstly the call is more like 45 min to 1 hour, secondly once Candice Munsamy from Outsurance had quoted me over R300.00 more than what I am currently paying, I gave her my current insurance premium, and she very quickly spoke to a manager and came back with a 'discounted' quote for just a few rand more than my current premium. (still more!)
The cover and benefits sounded okay, so I asked for the details in writing and sent her proof of my current policy incl. my premium, I also asked about my R400.00 pay out as advertised before agreeing to join.
I got a reply with the quoted details, but the R400.00 pay out question was ignored. I replied again and asked about the advertised pay out, and over a week later I still have no answer or response. I'm now very glad I did not sign up with them and I will NEVER be an Outsurance client.
I would like to strongly advise people to not fall for this, its false advertising, dishonest and a disgrace!
