Money deducted from my account on the 27th july

Last week I made a cancellation of my policy with mi-way. We h? d an agreement that they will cover me until the 14th august 2013 and my new insurance will take over.. They took their premium as usual on the 15th of every month, Now to my suprise on the 27 july-(saturday) R868 was deducted from my account, I have no idea why was it taken..

To mi-way please be advised that I demand my money back as soon as possible.. I did not give them a go ahead of taking any money from my account. With all due respect, I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
