Deducting from my account after cancellation

Miway insurance is bad and I would not recommend anyone to use it, after I cancelled with them they still deducted money from account.their cancellation REF:-24150712.i need this money back into my account with immediate effect cause if my debit order can bounce cause them I'll take this very far...
