Good Day

I must say I am not impressed at all with the Feedback, my mom and I have recieved, on the case reported on the 01/07/2013. She has to now pay for monies that she never withdrew??? I dont get that at all, all the Trouble of doing affidavits and declairing monies withdrawn from everywhere in Gauteng (impossible to have been withdrawn by the card owner) the bank makes her pay it? My mom has been a loyal customer with Standard bank forever and this is how they treat her?
