This is how your customers are being treated by your preferred affiliate, Windscreen Direct -My car was broken into 2 weeks ago on Tuesday and rear windscreen smashed. I was eventually contacted by Windscreen direct that Friday by a gentleman who told me my glass had been ordered and that it would be fitted Monday or Tuesday at latest. My husband also confirmed this. On Monday I had a call from someone who left a voicemail asking if it was ok to order the glass, confused as I was told this would have happened already, I was told that the person I had spoken failed to place the order, and it would take another 4-5 days for glass to arrive and that it would be fitted on Friday, latest Saturday. I then had a call that Friday from someone who asked me if they could arrange fitment for the following Wednesday - I asked to speak to a manager, he said a manager would call me back - still no call, and no scheduled fitment date! I was told that this company has a turnaround time of 1-2 days - this is disgraceful! I will be taking this to the newspaper and to the radio as I feel it needs to be exposed, am I paying premiums for this? I'm changing insurers for sure!
