After reading https:///nedbank/complaints/pocket-pos-app-1149689 complaint, I have the same problem.

Service upto this point has not been as good as his experience with Nedbank, taking two weeks for the application to be completed after various highly unprofessional Word documents and vague bank account payment information was sent out. I opted to pay upfront for the device with no monthly contract.

Also since receiving my Pocket Pos (with incorrect Merchant number written on contract-another headache!!)), and installing the app and registering with tall order I am unable to create the Merchant details in the iPhone app in order to the link the device. Seems to be a problem with the app. Have tried various Apple devices and all do not work.

Have left two messages with call centre agents for technicians to get back to me (ref 1957436625 / 1957467570).. I was informed someone in the back office can will come back to me. Nothing...

Seems Nedbank was over excited to launch the device without first implementing ANY technical support for the device.
