I had recently made the decision to go for the innovative and portable Pocket Pos device from Nedbank for my small business.
I must say I was very impressed with the all round service received, call centre, prompt responses to emails, and quick turnaround on my application.
I decided on the option of purchasing the device, meaning that from the date of my creation as a merchant, I get 24 months use of the machine.
However since receiving my Pocket Pos device two days ago, I am unable to successfully open the necessary app on any Android device (I had experienced this problem last week already... downloaded the app on my tablet without having the pocket pos device, but thought that I may have missed something during the process, and thus waited for the device and more detailed instructions)
After two messages left with call centre agents for technicians to get back to me .. I am still waiting... How could Nedbank get this so wrong! After all Android was the first OS that you offered your pocket pos device on - you should have perfected it by now!
I am now guilty of letting my current and potential customers down :( This is not how you vote small business!!!
