FNB - Ineffective and useless New Website

Ive complained in writing on their site twice now and have called them directly to please rather revert to the old FNB website, which was user friendly and functioned. I couldnt do a transfer using the new site via once-off/creating the recipient as a "beneficiary" either. I find it extremely distressing that FNB to FNB account transfers couldnt be achieved by myself, the dealership I was trying to pay or for that matter their own staff at their own branch. The new website is so ineffective, that I had to go to an ATM and draw cash (for which we are charged a fee), then do a Casyh Deposit at the FNB branch (another fee) and that was how I as an FNB client have had to make payments to people. I feel that the site shouldn't be LIVE if the bugs have not been worked through and repaired.

I as a client cannot be expected to pay for a service that doesnt / cannot perform what it states it can. Surely FNB should then compensate all the lients having to waste time, money and efforts to get around the site not being able to perform basic transactions?

Why was the old site changed anyway. The old addage: If it aint Broke - Dont Fix it!
