Website expires while we are banking

I'm assisting my mother with her banking on the Standard Bank Website.
While we are busy banking and typing on the site and then all of a sudden the site session expires.

This is extremely frustration while using your site.
let me explain how expire sessions work, If I don't use your website for a period of time only then must it expire.
But If I'm busy typing on your site, then their shouldn't be any expire session.

I myself bank at FNB and have never experience this.
