What am I actually paying for?!

I have had an SA Warranties plan for 2 years, which I never claimed a thing on, and had a new one instated at the beginning of July. During the last service, the garage picked up that the Anti Roll Bar bushes and clamps needed to be replaced. So they called SA Warranties, this was during the last warranty period, and they couldn't get through. So eventually I came back from an overseas visit shortly after and guess what, they apparently don't cover this, even though my policy states that my vehicles suspension is covered under 'wear and tear' It's not even a large amount but the fact that they are now insisting that it is not covered is ludicrous. I will make sure that the message gets out about what a bunch of these guys are. I feel completely ripped off and after telling a few friends that they should take out policies with SAW, I will duly inform them of the lack of coverage and to take their business elsewhere. Thanks for showing your true colors. According to Thulane, the garage had asked about replacing the 'Anti roll bar' which of course is not the case and why it was initially rejected, but informing them that it is to do with the bushes and clamps changed nothing!
