Missing Money

Where do I start without making this an SA, you would think that they would be in a hurry to collect their money because I am in a hurry to pay and all of a sudden they cant find all of the money already paid into the same account. It seems to be about R1000-R1500.00, which I am not prepared to write off. What I would like to know is how they found all the other money and they cant find this amount. The bank would hand you over for a measly R300.00 and yet they are expecting me to settle this account and just because they cant find my money I am expected to write it off. Money dont grow on trees and I have just been retrenched, I am willing to settle this account but for its true value. Their are only 3 reasons why peoples money goes missing 1. its allocated to someone else. 2. Its sitting in a control account or 3. Someone has casually taken it I have aked which of the 3 it is and have received no response apart from the fact that I have to keep explaining this storey over and over again. I dont think anyone at Standard Bank has a clue what they are doing their are so many unemployed people who actually have the skill to this instead they employ people who knows nothing.
