Since there is no responce on feedback from me as far as a previous complaint is concerned i'll try again with a new complaint. A previous complaint of mine was concerning no headway in trying to set up an appointment to open a business account Even though I was contacted by a Mr. Tshabalala from the ABSA call centre Ref. nr 931372 (Complaint reference?) and an appointment set up by him, when i showed up Monday the 7th of Jan at 9.45 for 10.00 I waited till 10.20 with nothing happening. I walked up to the receptionist Lauretta an asked her to take note that i'm leaving. Was consequently contacted by Lauretta and informed that no appointment was set up with Lisa Joubert whom I was supposed to see. Its beyond unbelievable, it seems like nothing works anymore.
