PPS just Cannot Get even the simple things right!

I called PPS to change details of my policy just to realise that they have been over-charging all along! I am furious, this is about the 100th time I am experiencing poor service with them and issues and incorrect information on my policy and THIS IS A COMPANY THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE DEALING PRIMARILY WITH PROFESSIONALS! After many arguments, calls and numerous emails to get my details correct on the policy, Werner sent me a final updated policy on 03/04/2013 which totalled R2 140.54 but PPS has been debited my bank account every month for R 2 174.99. That is and I did not agree to that. I have the emails and policy to prove it!
I Want this fixed and I want a re-imbursement, this is ridiculous, these people just cannot get even the simplest things correct e.g. I need to make a change to my all risk content and the told me the premium would move from its current R260, 67 to R 353.57 per month, that is an increase of R92.9. When I asked the consultant (Lenki) what my total premium now was he told me /- R2300. How ridiculous, if you R92.9 to both R2140.54 you get R 2233.44; if you added it to R2174.99 (incorrect amount) you get R 2267.89. Both not anywhere near the R2300
