Increase premiums 0f 152%

After endless communication with a consultant at Iwyze, whom has blatantly advised me that the increased premium from R1889.11 to R4774.97 has been sent to me via email and is normal.

I'm not sure which individual in their right frame of mind would accept such an increase! Iwyze has previously sent text messages and in the month of October 2013, the Negations department and was successful with sending me email communication and smses.

My policy details were also incorrect, meaning personal documentation with confidential information was sent to the incorrect address.

I have claimed on my insurance over the 3 ish years to the total value of R50000 or so, am over 30 and have had the policy for over 3 years and my increase premium is 152% as I am deemed a high risk.

Over the years an increase has been applied but in the margin of 10-20%, such substantial increases does not validate.

Unacceptable, unethical business practice!
