On the 07/072013, I applied for a loan via Leigh Bruinders. During the application, I requested the initiation fee be included in my monthly instalments, he also informed me that my first instalment will be collected on the 25/08/2013 (which I was now told is today!). On the 13/07/2013, a lady from the collections department called regarding my "arrears" for the initiation fee. I explained to her what was discussed with Leigh, she said she would inform her supervisor, and someone would get back to me with feedback. I called in a week later to check if anyone has any feedback, they kept transferring me from collections, to new business, and then to some other call centre again. The exact same thing happened this morning. Awida from collections called me regarding these arrears. I think is has been going on for 2 weeks now, with no resolution. I cannot be sent from one department to another, and then be put on hold for what seems like ages. I keep being told they have to listen to the call to find out what the arrangement was. Is the turnaround 2 weeks to listen to a call? And to top it all off, I still haven't even received my contract!
