FNB Ignores your emails and Never respond to them

I emailed the personal loans dept about bringing my loan instalment lower or NOT CHARGING SO MUCH INTEREST!!! My loan instalment is R2548.88 and then they charge me R1585.83 on interest, this is absolutely shocking. In other words im only paying R1000 per month instead of R2548.88... I have had endless problems with FNB notifying them that i cannot answer my cellphone at work and that they should reply to my email. my question is why cannot you reply to an email, is it because you dont honour your word?! I emailed them 4 times more than a month ago and up until today no one has responded to my email. FNB you need to catch a wake up because with this pathetic service you will lose more and more clients!!! I would really like to pay this as quickly as possible but you people are making it extremely impossible for me.
Please advise if you can decrease my instalment amount or let me know how i can avoid all this interest. Please do not advise a payment arrangement because i do not want any bad credit scoring.
