Rip off and contradicting each other

On the 11th of June 2013 I was involve a car accident and I was rushed to hospital and my car towed with permission from my insurance (MiWay). On the 12th of June 2013 the following day I got a call from MiWay Insurance the name of the agent was Kefiloe she aked if I have sent them a call back I said no and she eventually asked if she can maybe help me with anything I told her I was in an accident the previous day and I would like to register my claim and she agreed to assist me. Whilst were busy I asked her how much was my car insured for should they write it off and she checked on her system and told the insured value was R64300 and she gave the name and the contact details of Margaret Contrera as my claim handler.
On the 18th of June 2013 I spoke to Margaret who sent me the information about my claim's report with the final amount of the write off being R53800 and she told that she is taking orders from her Manager. I decided to call back the call centre and requested the recordings of my conversation with Kefiloe which I received and listened to and it was recorded that the insured value of my car is R63400, I will definitely fight to be compensated correctly.
