Breach of ckntract and agreed debit order date

Well they have done it again no wonder more and more people are leaving these clowns, they have debited the agreed amount on the wrong date, which is in breach of the initial agreement, I want the debit order reversed by no later than the close of business today the 25th July 2013 no excuses no o its going to take 5 days, if this is not done I will take the matter further and make it my mission to make people aware of how you operate and I will require all my premuims paid to yiu retuned and this policy cancelled I will hand the matter over as well as you every media known to ensure people are aware to steer clear of old mutual circus.
