At the beginning of June 13 I went to Old Mutual branch in Centurion regarding the monthly premium they debited from my account in a wrong date. They was supposed to debit my account on the 25th of every month according to the agreement after I decided to take one of their products. I went to their branch in Centurion & the lady who helped me said it might be an error from the capturing side & I asked them to change the date to the 25th of every month starting from the 25th July 13 & she changed it but to my surprise on the 26th Jun 13 another debit order went through from my account. This means I paid 2 premiums in 1 month.. I went to my bank for 3 months bank statement on the 1st July 2013 & went back to Old Mutual branch in Centurion so that they can sort this matter out & by that time Nongawuza was busy & they gave me her email address & sent her mail. She didn't respond to my email & decided to go back to the branch on the 9th July & she made a copy of my drivers license & she promised to get back to me before close of business that day of which she didn't.
