I went to this branch on the 24th to collect my new card, stood in quoue for long and went to a trainee lady and she couldn't help because she is not loaded on the system, went back to the quoue the a lady requested the next customer: I gave her my ID book, she looked at it and said she cannot help me with such an old dirty id book as it may be invalid and the other lady in uniform noded and said we cant help you with such an id, The worst part is the lady assisting me was not even in uniform - no name badge - no respect but full of anger and attitude and she tells me that my id doesnot comply with the bank laws, this is the same id I applied for my elite card with, the id that I do everything with and I donot get insulted. I find this very embarrassing as she was very aloud and people were starring as if I .Teach your people to respect customer and remind them that they are not doing us a favour by being there but serving us as they applied for the posts or else tell us to bank somewhere else.standard bank landrosmaree and Thabo Mbeki strt I thought you were the oldest and can do better..shame on your calibre of people.
