Standard Bank
Credit Card paid up but still shows unpaid

SO here I am again and no surprise that my complaint is about standard bank AGAIN!!!
So now the branch phones me and says the cant give me my Elite Plus card, because my credit card shows unsettled.
The card was settled over a year ago.

I phone the lady who handled my account and she doesn't have a care in the world because she does not work in that department any more.

The card was even removed from my internet banking, but I still owe.
I just cant handle these people any more. It never ends. NEVER.

I honestly don't know what to do anymore.
I actually feel like crying this is how fed up I am with these people.
