Pathetic Customer Service from Service Consultant!

Waited in line for 40 minutes to be made a fool of by a certain Service Consultant whose name i am very tempted to publish!! After getting to the front of the line after 40 minutes and going to empty booth, Mr. Service Consultant 7 sends me back to front as he has other things to do. fine and well, after a while, he calls for the next customer, i go to his booth and he send me to the consultant next to him who sends me back to him cos she's with a client. He then tells me to go back to the line and calls for the next customer to come, obviously not wanting to serve me. Infuriating!! If it hadnt been for another friendly consultant i wouldve done something regrettable. Absolutely unacceptable, refusing to serve a client without good reason! What right have to reserve his service to customers of his choosing?! gave me the impression that he was prejudiced against me without even knowing me!! Always an issue with FNB, then they pride themselves on good customer service- belaglik!!!
