Hi,

I am rather disappointed in FNB. I am not used to them keeping their clients / potential clients waiting on the line so long. I phoned the FNB Justice 1st Platinum line to get signed up for future legal assistance, I waited for a consultant and after 5 minutes I had to drop as I had something to attend to. I phoned back and LITERALLY WAITED ANOTHER 20 MINUTES for a consultant which is time consuming and very annoying for the person holding on, not to mention the airtime at being wasted.

Please phone me on 0734125741 as I would like to be signed up, I just need more clarity at this stage before I do go forth. Secondly, I recommend that FNB (being the most innovative bank) should implement a system that allows clients who have been waiting for longer than 15 minutes to be phoned back.
