I looged a complain with hellopeter lat month regarding my Old Mutual policies that had lapsed due to unknown reasons. I received a follow up all the next day from Chris and he asked me to submit all communication i had made with Old Mutual, to my surprise he followed up to the last drop not only that he managed to get my policies tobe reinstated. i'm so grateful for the way he handled everything, he did everyhting with passion and always kept me informed of the progress, i will forever be grateful to him and would advice him to keep up the good work that he is doing as he has made me feel valued as a client to Old Mutual.
