What caught my attention was that the arrears on my African bank account was extremely high bearing in mind that certain arrears were to be expected on the account and consider the 3-4 times I missed payments.

Regardless of the payment arrangement I made with African bank to take over my account again and attempt to negotiate a reasonable settlement I was listed on the ITC with a Legal status.

I started investigating the happenings on my accounts during the time I was under review, to find that INDC has proposed and amount of R 24.00 on my repayments towards African bank and from this point please note both parties have stumbled and pointed fingers with no real answers provided.

African Bank states that they rejected the proposal with no feedback from INDC on a counter offer. The INDC of cause denies this and have only produced statements of payment and no confirmation that they did as promised. To than be told to contact the NCR REALLY GUYS.
