HORRIBLE TREATMENT

Okay I am still way too shocked by this, Firstly MFC changes their banking details and account numbers and they notify me via email, now we here of email everyday and one is allowed to be sceptical when it comes to such. I personally thought I should have been contacted and told of the new account details and information to use but that did not happen, I then emailed the care email address and verified the change of banking information and they replied after taking their sweet time, this obviously resulted in my account being in arrears by just ONE month which their administration was to blame for. Now I get a call from the Lawyers, They have handed my account over to the Lawyers for the one month that is in arrears and completely did not take their part into account in this mess of a situation. Are you kidding me!!! Are you serious!!! I cannot believe the horrible treatment that we get from the Financial Services Industry in South Africa. It really is the worst in the world. I will see if I can find another financier for my vehicle, I cannot be treated like this when I pay monthly and only in arrears because they changed their account info and my payments are manually. wow!
