Account on hold and FNB call centre can't help!!!

I have a new account at FNB, went to pick up card at branch with proof of residence and ID. 2-3 weeks ago! Friday payment was made from other bank, this morning showing in my account, so after a long day went for late lunch... Need to pay... Decline - machine 1, decline - machine 2, ATM - sorry account frozen... WHY??? Call FNB call centre - due to my proof of address not being sent off from Century City Branch my account is on HOLD... oh fk should I have smelt that! And no person at the call entre has authority to lift the hold... They put me through to branch... NO ANSWER - Branch has closed for the day... Had spoken to 3 different call centre agents and asked to be put through to someone who CAN help, get set through to the lovely voice list of FNB. That is really fkn annoying! Why not include something within the balance sms of payment that the account is on hold. I had to leave some of my belongings at the facility where I went to lunch (after HUGE embarrassment) they let us go. I have NEVER been so embarrassed in my whole life. And as a new customer of FNB I am fuming! Is this how FNB helps??? I am truly disappointed! and now my airtime is finish because of being on hold
