60000km deadline

I have this maintanace plan with motorite that covers all my services up to my 60000km service. so i make a booking for my last service at the service department, not getting one the same week so they book it for me for the next week. now my bakies reading is just over 60000km and what call do i get?? " motorite is prepared to to be loyal and pay for your service only and not for your brake pads because your bakie is over 60000km" i was suppose to let them know that it will be over 60000km but they keep phoning me to ask if i want to renew my plan with them??? how loyal is this???
