I signed up with Discovery Insure in December 2012, for the policy to start in February, After numerous e-mails in January asking for policy information, as well as querying when they would come and install the DQ device, they eventually e-mailed me in the middle of February asking ME to phone THEM to arrange installation of the DQ device in my car, a few weeks after the start of the policy.

The Device was eventually fitted in the 3rd week of February, and was meant to be active within 48 hours. Its now 12 days later and the device is still now working. leaving my car vulnerable as DQ track requested I have my other tracking device removed. I have followed up with the DQ track call center 4 times, each time they promise to get back to me within a few hours, but I have not received any response from them whatsoever.

My experience thus far has been nothing but terrible, I don't have a single good thing to say about this company, it's products, or customer service.
