Poor sales service

I was called by an agent to offer me a quote, saying it will only take 5 minutes. After giving all my details, I was transfered to a senior agent, Kristel (spelling?). She spent another 15 minutes with me, after which I told her I don't have time for the call now, I thought it would only be 5 minutes. She called me later and spent another 30 minutes with me going through all my details. She said she would email the quotation to me. I received nothing.
A week or so later, she called me again and asked if I received the quote, I said no and told her that the service was very poor. She promised to mail the quotation again, but 3 days later I still haven't received it.

If this is their sales service, I would not want to experience their after sales service!
