On Monday 20 May 2013 I had an accident in which my car was written off. At the scene of the accident I phoned Outsurance help line and was fortunate enough to get connected to Mr Moses Malatsi. As is the case with call centres eventually I ran out of airtime. Moses phoned me back several times to keep me updated on progress, authorising the tow truck, etc, etc. When I got home I already had a mail waiting with more data, his contact details and more. He phoned me the next day to advise that an assessor has been appointed which is another well done story. Ms Zama Buthelezi from SIAS came to see me on Thursday. To me all was seamless, she assisted him and he her.

To cut a long story short, the accident happened on Monday at 1 pm and on Friday at 7h30 am my claim was finalised with the welcome news that the insurance will pay out within the next 48 hours.

Staff make a company successful and in this case, Outsurance well done on employing a great worker. He in turn makes Outsurance look good, R400 cash back, more affordable premiums, bend over backwards service. Mo you're the man. It was a pleasure dealing with you over this stressful time. I sincerely appreciate and thank you.
