My card was cloned recently and numerous transactions were done from my account, I laid a complaint with the department and they stopped my card and told me to wait 10 days for the investigators to call me, its been 15 days so far and I still haven't received a call from them, I called them and they said they will send me an affidavit, still nothing, I called again and they said they will escilate the problem and the investigator will call me in 24 hours, its been 3 days and still no call, I'm tired of calling them and waiting on the phone for 30mins only to listen to music because they never answer. But they are too quick to keep sms'n me to tell me that my account is overdrawn. Really pathetic service and probably the worst bank ever!!
